Our fabric panels of 1.500 or 1.700 wide are stitched and heat welded together to the desired length or width.
A high quality poli webbing is sewn to a hem all around the tent.
Every corner of the tent has a quarter circle sewn in for support.
Stress hitching lugs are sewn in between the hem by way of five separate stitching.
The separate stitching’s are sewn on securing the lugs using a 6 stitch zig zag machine. Ensuring secure hitching lugs, yet allowing for stretch facilitating successful rigging, using special woven imported thread.
Every tent goes out of our factory checked of any marks or defects and in a specially manufactured storage bag.
